The company has significant experience in developing and executing program and/or supply chain strategy, and has hands-on tactical experience with supply planning, supplier selection and oversight, packaging design and validation, development of packaging security features, implementation of a Program Management Office (PMO), and program management for both asset-level development teams, CMC teams and clinical supplies teams.
